The team
John spent eleven years at Apple, opening its Santa Monica flagship, launching Apple Retail in Europe with the Regent Street store in London, and leading its Chicago and Manhattan flagship markets. Before Apple, he led store districts for Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn, and he has since built and advised ventures across insurtech, mobility, and consumer technology. He leads on the conviction that a customer's experience reflects the culture behind it, and that financial security should let people live well now, not only in retirement.
Robin has spent more than thirty years in financial services and fintech. Most recently at FIS, he led the company's AI-enabled reimagination of client experience and go-to-market, after serving as its Chief Procurement and Real Estate Officer. He has held global operating and transformation roles at TD Ameritrade, American Express, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank. He was inducted into the IAOP Hall of Fame in 2025.
Rich has been building platforms on the web since 1995, when he joined Netscape as employee #937. He was Founding CTO of WithoutABox, whose platform still ran the company when Amazon acquired it in 2008, and later led Global DevOps and SRE at Herbalife, scaling the team from four engineers to more than forty across six countries. Since 2023 he has worked full-time in AI, shipping open-source agent frameworks and developer tooling.
